Indeed he is, I had him last semester for Government.

Parrish, just study a lot for his tests because that's the hardest part of the class, at least for me it was. He gives you several projects but you have plenty of time to do them in. Oh, and don't ever slack off because you'll regret it later on. He's really a nice guy once you get to know him. Just a little rough around the edges. You'll do fine though! ^_^
