What I thought was going to be a celebration with the family was going downhill. I did not like to see Darla upset like that, and Spike was not helping. He could such a pain in the ass all the time. I was now wondering why I bothered to keep him around. Oh yeah, for Dru. She was a sweet thrill, crazy as a loon but good in bed. And when she "saw the ( Read more... )

I couldn't believe the insolence of Spike. And this whole slayer situation wasn't helping. Sunnydale. God, how I loathed it. Luckily for him, Angelus decided to follow me. I can be very testy when I don't get my way. Also luckily for him, the kiss wasn't bad either.

"Celebration of our own, you say?"

Nodding, I started to pull Angelus home.

I still was quite displeased with everything that had been going on. But, it was nice to know that on occasion Angelus can pull himself away from his little obsession. And it would be rather nice to have some time away from Spike and Dru.

I had to say, I was curious as to what this celebration would entail.

Darla seemed thrilled about it, because it probably had nothing to do with the slaya. Darla was so jealous of the slaya. In my mind, if this celebration didn't have to do with the slaya, then it wasn't worth going to, and sice I very much sodding doubted that it was, I figured that Dru and myself could make our own little celebration somewhere else.

I smiled at my pet. I knew she would be up for Angel's celebration, but I hoped that she wanted just the two of us to go make our own.

I willingly went with Darla. My escapades of the night were over, and Buffy and Co. were probably planning my demise, like I'd let them kill me. I figured letting them stew in what I had done to Willow would be enough for the night.

Besides, I had missed Darla earlier. Sometimes victory isn't as sweet without your beloved their to enjoy it too. I walked with her, my arm around her waist, smiling at the night which seemed to be neverending, just the way I liked it.

"Yes, just you and me...it's been awhile, hasn't it? I apologize. I've let my flower wilt in the corner while I've been out having my fun. But don't worry. Tonight, you blossom once again under my touch."

I couldn't help myself, I kissed her again, my tongue roaming her mouth, then started kissing and sucking on her neck, finally picking her up and walking as I carried her home.

Upon reaching our humble little home I looked around. I was just us. Shame really, that Spike had stopped following us. He could probably learn a thing or two. I found myself getting lost in Angelus' kisses. Then suddenly I found my passion turning into anger ( ... )
