I quietly take hold of Willow's hand and squeeze it slightly, trying to comfort her in some way. As she turns her head to look at me I start to speak

I was just glad that the doctor was now allowing us to see Buffy. She seemed to be ok now, talking to her mom as we walked in.

"Buffy"

I said softly wondering if she was going to blame me, though it is rightful blame, for what happened.

I smiled as my friends walked in, just happy to have people there with me. Maybe if all of them stayed overnight, I could rest easy.

"Hey guys. Is everyone ok?" I asked. With Angelus, I could never be sure.

I couldn't help it, I was so happy she was alright, and awake now, I rushed over to her and hugged her. I tried to be as gentle as I possibly could,but I didn't think that I had succeeded.

"Dear Lord Buffy"

I said

"Can we please not have a repeat of this?"

I looked at her with firm caring look.

I declared loudly letting go of Cordelia's hand.

"Tell me you atleast kicked his ass?"

I asked as I moved closer and hugged her after Giles did.
