I love my new job because I know exactly what I'm doing there. My manager is amazing and I don't think Jason is a potential backstabber at all. I'm not worried about the future not one bit. Everything is going really great for me.
one thing about new jobs is all those new people and being flung to the bottom of the ladder, again. and always having to be nice. it's like high school: try to get into the kewl clique. or jail, and kill the top dog. either way, someone's going to hate you. when it's a job that pays the bills, not a career.
