i do, too. when i go for musicals, i never fail to purchase the programme at a daylight-robbery price of $20, but it's the nostalgia, the sentiment and the memory that floods me whenever i flip through the memories of yesteryear. every performance/musical/concert is a treat to me, a very special privilege that i treasure so very much.
you really should! they are really awesome (most of them anyway).
yeah they charge $20 (standard price) for the programmes. i usually get the teddys they have too (so far i have mamma mia, singin' in the rain and oliver!) school fxns usually have free or $2 programme booklets, but those sold at musicals are of a better quality, of course.
gee.. i feel so ulu.. haha=).. I've never been to concerts except.. erm .. the NY Chinese Society performance this year.. and erm.. "The Woman in Black".. which is not a concert.. wahhaha=).. oh man..
