kill fewer animals. I completely disagree. I would argue to this
disbeliever that one person can make a difference; with each
individuals contribution, by laws of supply and demand, as the
number of vegetarians increase, the demand for meat will decrease, thus
the industry will feel less pressed to force animals into submission in
unnatural ways, with growth hormones, pesticides, forced cannibalism,
cramped conditions, unethical slaughter, and all-around inhumane
treatment. If the world were ruled by vegetarians, starvation would
cease, and the environment would thrive, because it takes many more
resources to produce meat than it does to produce enough food to
