where are all of my friends?

My mom went to PA to see my aunt last weekend and it was just me and my stepfather in the house. Mell came and spent the night Friday, didnt end up leaving until Saturday night. He got me up early on Saturday morning and I was so annoyed with him (not really) because Saturday is my day to sleep. He made it worth my while and in between us giggling

like why are the folks that i adore the most that i know from online live so far away!
it would be kewl if online friends did live closer so that you can just chill..

yeah its so frustrating. On the flip side it is nice to know that I can travel and have folks to see in different cities. When I went to ATL a few years ago I linked up with 3 of my online buddies and had a good time.

oh the trials & tribulations of being an adult. i feel like i work all the time too that's because i spend most of my days at work & then when i get home i don't really want to do anything, but relax. my weekends are MY time to spend with just myself, my girls or whatever. trust me i know how it is with the whole friends having kids things..two of my best friends have kids so once in a blue we can all get together & go out. maybe you should bring up the idea of going out or just hanging out with your friends (go to the mall, movie night, etc.) with them. maybe they're thinking that you're always busy since you're working.

well mostly all of my friends are from different circles. Some of them know each other, most don't and the ones that do know each other don't really care for each other so it's weird. yeah one of my girls was like 'Nik is always working, shes always on the go' And I guess thats true too. I just feel so disconnected from everybody. It's like I dont even have anything to talk about anymore but work. Ugh. I gotta figure something out.

i know how that is. i feel like that sometimes, i get spurts of time when im wondering what the heck is going on?! friends from different circles, people moving or farther away or simply drifiting apart. but its okay, thats how life is. you have to find a balance somewhere.

you know i was just thinking that before. i have female friends but not ones that i am close enough to see that often. i have maybe 2 at the max everyone else is just on occasion. it makes me miss high school becuase all your friends are right at your finger tips

as for friends having babies. i understand that completely my other bestfriend had a baby and she was GHOST after that. oh well :\ what can you do.

I guess it's time to make some new friends. My new job has some pretty cool people. A young crowd much unlike my old job where I was the baby of the dept.

sometimes I feel like I'm not in the mood to make new friend tho ;\ oh well...thats life right?
