Rock the Block was a huge success! I broke about even in terms of my sales and my expenses but thats okay. I got myself out there and I learned a lot from doing this event. Mochalocks and anonymious1 came thru to support along with some other friends and family. I was very pleased with the turn out. One girl even said she'd feature my work on her ( Read more... )

LOL -- OMG!!! I told ya ass...now this should officialy erase any doubts you may have previously had. OK! lol. those bags are SHARP! how much are the totes selling for? if you havent read my latest post, I'm trying to find a nice school bag.

thanks so much. its funny cause will I was out there I was like 'if simone was here she'd be laughing her ass off' LOL. The totes are kinda small but I'm drafting up a design for bigger ones since back to school is coming up. The ones shown are $20 but the bigger ones will be $30 (med) and $45 (large). I'll keep you posted. when do you start school?

i love your stuff, that red dress looks fantastic, I wish I had the physical appearance to be able to wear something like that. I admire your creativity, and the ability to convert your ideas.

I have so so many ideas, but when I set out to implement them I fail. I just don't have the talent to sew etc. plus I lack patience... but i really like what you do. I hope you'll be successful even further than this.

the photo of the items that were sold doesnt show...

i was on this fly ladi's myspace page (she's filipino and she's a dancer and painter) and she had the flier on her myspace about this event .did you see her there? iono if you got a chance to walk around... i love her work
