A few years ago I read a book and the author talked about making a conscious effort to change your habits. Her theory is that once you commit to making a change there is a pendulum effect where you waiver from one end of the spectrum to the next until it slows down and you reach your desired state of change. Ok, so on my quest to find creative, funny, down to earth, and a ton of other positive adjectives...i stumbled upon your journal, and something was like check her out..she what she has to say...blah blah blah...well, let me say that, your most recent entry was so amazing to read...for the simple fact that I believe I'm at the same stage as u...now i dont wanna give u my life story in a comment, but in a nutshell...i have been really feeling this vibe of change, especially with the start of this new year...as if the years previous were countless days and months that prepared me for this, because I too hear God in my hear..saying..this is your year, just this past Sunday i was in church and my pastor was discussing how if we as people want to change, it starts with you breaking yourself...meaning changing old habits...if we as people wants different results, then we have to do different things, tap into our untap potential and do the things we see ourselves doing in our heads...and it was just really amazing, and your post made me think ( ... )
