Big Bird & Photos
I recently purchased a huge yellow purse that I've named Big Bird. Whether you love it or hate it, its massiveness has inspired me to carry around my slr (film) at all times. Exciting! Check out http://www.yorkphoto.com for processing; they do decent scans for $1.00 a roll, $2.75 mail order processing. Works fine for the web; most of the shots on my site are from there.
What kind of film are you shooting?
I think your camera is perfectly cool - it's all about what works for you. Old SLRs can take killer photos.
