Yeah, she's fucking awesome with this shit. Called me at work to tell me dad died (luckily I wasn't THERE), called me at work to tell me dad had CANCER... I'm sure she'll let us know the dog died via billboard or something, who knows.

I don't know yet, we don't TALK about these things, plus she has to wait and see the doctor sometime after Jan 1. Something about hitting her donut hole in medical coverage!? Way to fuck the old people, govt. GOOD JOB.

The mole on her neck and her nose were cancerous or pre-cancerous, she dropped that knowledge in the middle of me talking about... I forget, jewelry or stitching or some shit.

I can't wait till I have kids. I'm going to hire a third party to communicate things like this so I don't have to deal. Hah.

Hey, wandered over from cross-stitch, hope you don't mind!!

My grandma had that happen to her, and I'd actually forgotten about it, because it really became a non-issue because they got it so early. I don't mean to gloss over it for you or anything, just that, as scary as hearing "cancer" is, it'll probably be all good and forgotten soon :)

I hope it all goes as well for your mum as it did for Grandma

Thanks. We had the same thing happen with dad, my best friend said "Oh they fix this all the time," and I hold THAT over her head (for the last seven years) after he died. Hmmm wrong! LOL!

We'll see. She has to wait till the new year because she hit her donut hole in coverage (?).

Ooooh, that's not so good! I do hope it goes well for her!

Ugh, how crap. Surely any cancer concerns should be covered right away!
