I DESPERATELY NEED to kick ass tomorrow.  It's a phone interview, so a little less intimidating than the conventional style.  BUT there are going to be two interviewers.  This is probably the only time I wish for an Asian surname.  Governments need to fill their quota and I am both female and a visible minority.  HIRE ME
