Melissa delivered James this morning at 8:20 am. He weighed a healthy 8 lbs and measured 20 inches. Mother and baby are doing well and I must say this the whole process is going a lot easier now that its the second time through.

Here is a pic and a video of the new baby laying in the warmer after birth.
