Its just a day at the beach...you still went, you still had fun!?
Im sure people may still have been interested but you just caught them on a bad weekend?

I dont think you need to learn to let go...but just to not be so dissapointed when people cant/dont want to do the things you enjoy doing.

P.S: I dont like sand in my vagina, other wise I would have come along :(

We all need more friends with different interests! The hard part (well, for socially inept persons like myself) is keeping up with them all :\ And yeah, having to juggle work with any semblance of a social life sucks balls for everyone.

I have to make new friends who like snowboarding now too. Feels like too much just to have some people to hang out with and have fun.

I think that life has just become busier for everyone, so it's very hard to attend something on short notice. My weekends are often planned out weeks in advance. That and it's someones birthday like every second week. Big family + friends = :O

For the record, I couldn't go to the beach because I was meant to go to a cosplay meet and needed to finish making my costume. Then the meet got canceled last minute but it was too late for me to do anything else. I'm kinda pissed with the organisers because they already changed the date 3 times and then screwed my weekend by canceling.

And trust me, I'm pissed about the pool too.
