first concert

Hey!
I am going to my first Marilyn Manson concert in Montréal at the Centre Bell on september 22th....
Is it true that he is less good? If it is (heard to beleive), is the show still worth it ?
Has anyone seen him on stage recently?

Umm the last time I saw him was, I believe, February of last year..it was pretty fucking amazing. <3

I also saw Manson in February of 2008 and his voice and the band were great.
I've heard that the beginning of the Mayhem tour was pretty bad, but it got better by each date. You can also check on YouTube, there are lots of snippets from recent shows.
You will have a great time anyways. :)

Last time I saw him was in June at Download Festival and it wasn't his best to say the least :/
But the last time I saw him before that was December 2008 and it was AMAZING, so I'm hoping it was just an off day :D

I have seen him this year.
Befor that I have seen him in 2005 and 2008.

Best one was 2005. It was simply amazing! I wish I could re-live that moment. <3
2008 was fun too. His mic fucked a little, but he managed to make an awesome show anyway.
2009 was..... pure and utter ....fail. It was the worst concert I have ever been to - and I have been to A LOT of concerts already. I was so disappointed....
I hope you have more luck....well I am pretty sure you will have more luck. As it is your first concert of him you have no other concerts of him to compare it with.

So.... I was horrible disappointed.
But as it's your first one I am pretty sure you'll love it there.

I saw him towards the end of the Mayhem festival (in VA beach) and he was really good. I mean, everything sounded great, his actual performance was excellent. He didn't play anything from Golden Age of Grotesque or Eat Me, Drink Me. Just old stuff and songs to promote the new album.
