What is your definition for "being able to afford a baby?"
Meaning-- what do you need to have to be financial ready?
What do you all think?
EDIT: the reason I post this is because my husband doesn't think we are financially ready. We havent discussed the baby issue seriously, but I think he wont think we are ready for a LONG time, and I'm sort of beginning to get the baby itch.
EDIT AGAIN: baby itch gone. Oh, tonight my husband informed me he was only kidding when he meant we'd need all that stuff. He said our current house is fine. He's a dork.
Edited again because I'm apparently "tacky." I was just wondering, not trying to make myself feel superior to other people.
