My hubby likes places like Old Navy (they offer a variety of different types of shirts and pant/short styles) or Eddie Bauer. He's also found some great clothes at The Bay.
I shop almost exclusively at the men's wearhouse... should I brainfart and forget a size, they'll have it in a computer somewhere. Not only that, but they fitted me for a tux, tailored it, pressed it, and had me in it 2 hours before a corporate event (I had just gotten into town that day.)
Their Biz casual clothes are of good quality and quite affordable, assuming you watch the sales.
My hubby is very versatile in his clothing choices. He can be in jeans and a tee one day, sweat pants (or cotton shorts) and tee another day, khaki's and a buttoned shirt, shirt & tie with slacks (for work), suit and tie for church or work. He also is really into rugged mountain clothes (REI type of stuff). His favorite store of all time is Men's Warehouse. I know they're mainly known for their suits and things but the stores actually care some nice casual tops as well
( ... )
We just went out and bought my husband a lot of new clothes at Kohl's. For dressier work days, or date night, he will wear dark jeans and a long-sleeve, button-down shirt, usually striped.
Polo shirts are really popular around here with the college-aged guys, so he tends to stay away from them.
