So I just got back from running- 8 effing miles. Oh yes. You hear me. 8. Ocho. (insert other foreign words for 8 here). I did it without stopping, and in about 55 minutes. I now think I am coming down with a cold. I woke up with a sore throat, have been sneezing today which is very unusual, and I have been extremely exhausted despite getting 7 hours of solid sleep last night.
