ebay!!!!!

My new addiction is ebay. I can't stop buying cameras. I bought two brownie medium format cameras from the early 1930's, another 50's medium format, an AWESOME Kodak 35mm and an 8mm movie camera in the last, oh, 24 hours. One of the brownies was $3, the other $5, I got the other three in a bundle for a mere $5. HOLY CRAP THIS IS AWESOME

i bought a pair of 1990's ray bans on ebay yesterday. the style is named "PRAS," after rapper pras michel from the fugees.

Oh man, that's awesome. This is probably a lame question, but uh ... do those cameras still work? Or does the film they use no longer exist?

They should still work, one of them has a funky shutter and they all are in need of remedial cleaning. As to the film-most of the cameras use film that no longer exists, but you can fit 120 film in a couple, and you can re-spool the 120 film on 620 spools and MAKE IT WORK (as Tim Gunn would say).

The fun is in seeing if they do work.
