Last night on Lifetime the Mad About You finale of the entire show aired. I taped it and watched it when I got up this morning.
It was a fantastic episode. Janeane Garofalo was perfect at playing Mabel. Especially at the part of her little monologue thing when she almost cried. Very good. And uhm... The episode was great. I loved how it switched back and forth between time.
The chick that played Mabel as a young teenager was pretty funny, too. I forget what she was on... I just looked it up, it was So Weird. I think that was on the Disney Channel or something. Yeah, and she was a guest star on ER once. OF COURSE.. Haha, aren't they all?
Ira ends up with eight kids? Haha, that was so funny. Shania and Beavis. LOL, oh boy.
When Jamie had the miscarriage, I almost cried. It was so sad.
And I can't believe that Paul left Jamie for a little while. I'm just glad they showed them getting back together. I mean, you knew that they WOULD... but yeah.
I am mad that they had Burt die. Sylvia didn't look sad enough, though. None of them did. Burt's a good guy. :D
I also can't believe they really weren't married. That's so totally Mad About you, LOL, but it was so unrealistic. I know it's just TV, though... so! Whatever. :D
The montage of little clips they showed at the end was so cute. I liked how they like showed "new" clips like that they taped just for that. Some of them were really cute and funny.
I am so glad that I have this on tape. But it makes me really sad to know that it's over. I mean... there are like... 13 episodes I haven't seen... still, but now I've seen the end, you know? The episodes I missed are mostly filler. I dunno. It's sad. I don't want that new obsession to be over yet. That was my entire summer. That's pretty sad. Oh well. I don't care.
And I guess that's all. I know there is probably more I forgot, but that's okay.
