So today some dude came and did an appraisal on the apartment. My mom was making this HUGE deal out of it. She made me wake up at 9:00 this morning, and clean until 11:00! She was like freaking out about it, and when they guy came he sort of glanced around and left. It was one big anti-climax.

I found out today that you have to be 16 in the state
