Last night at Lennon was a blast! It was definately a different kind of crowd then we're used to seeing though. A bunch of 30 somethings, drunk, and yuppies... looked like they stopped in Freebird before going to oceanclub or something. Girls dressed like they were going to prom.... My ex boyfriend Lee that I always talk about on lj played bass at that show. He & the guitarist (Duncan) spent the night at my house last night.
I have never heard of Lennon before he told me about her.
I have never even heard her stuff. What is she like?

OMG! she's awesome... We first saw her about 4 years ago, she opened up for Drowning Pool at Club liquid.... she was only 18 I think. She's phenomonal! Incredible! check her out at http://www.lennononline.com/index.htm?inc=albums&alb_numCols=&alb_id=191

I love every song on this CD... listen to 5:30 Saturday Morning, My Beautiful, Brake of Your car, Trying to make me.. ok well all of them :)

ha! ok cool - yeah Lee didn't know till last minute that he was playing Jax. I was pissed, I said "Why didn't you call me earlier?" I would've totally come seen it.
He said it's like Portishead/ Tori Amos???
