I have a terrible self destructive habit that I really want to get rid of. I don't know where to go for help. I don't know what to do. Maybe I'm just whining. I'm sorry to waste your time.
When last I saw you, you told me you were down to one or two a day. It is not a big step to drop those as well. Keep busy. Wash dishes or other cleaning jobs that keep your hands wet. Walk more, and faster. Remember that every time you pick one up, you need to be away from Kari to enjoy it. When the urge hits you, pretend it is me asking you to do a chore (in other words, put it off "just one minute,") and keep delaying it as long as you can by distracting yourself. Or just call your mother.
From now on, when you come home, you are banished from the second story of the house.

If Mommy Brangorre can do it... so can you!!! Seriously, I am still recovering from Pneumonia that was diagnosed 4 weeks ago.I have not smoked for a month now, and for Jeff, 3 weeks. I care for you and will help with what I can. Besides, there is no smoking in the castle!!!!!:)
