It's funny to think that I've never actually read any of the original stories. I heard S in S and Hound of B on audiobook as a child, but I've never actually read Sherlock Holmes.

And here I am, writing a dissertation about it, loll. I even started it with no intention of making any statement. When I stated my master's degree the choice was either Holmes or Eliot, and god save me from the Waste Land.
