How do they process the milk in the UK? I've always wanted to try raw milk, but it's really hard to get here, you can't get it in grocery stores.

I prefer oreos myself. It gets messy, so I put the oreo in my mouth first, pour milk in, let it soak a bit, then chew it up and swallow. It's mess-free!

it's still pasteurised, but for a shorter time. generally american milk is pasteurised a few times before it reaches your refridgerator. our milk just tastes... better. plus jersey and guernsey cows produce nicer milk in general.

english cheddar is also the tastiest cheese in the world, in my opinion.

oreos all the way!!

Plus, you could always go for Bailey's, which is Irish cream. So that's sort of milky.

What breed of cattle do they have in uk. 90 percent of dairy cattle are holstein in the us. That is because they give way more milk. And the butterfat and less food jerseys and guernseys eat doesnt make up for it. We dont have any cows now. did. Had a jersey in the heard and I would milk it in a bucket and drink it. But unless milk is stirred it tastes horrible. Had a hired hand that had all kinds of breeds holstein jersey crosses, jersey guernsey brown swiss ayrshire. Milk didn't taste that diffrent from pure holstein milk. I know someone with Jerseys that sells some cheese they make directly to stores. Colored breeds are gaining popularity in this country though because of solid things in them. I never tasted milk from anything other than a cow myself. Wouldnt mind trying though.

jersey and guernseys are often the dairy cattle, although friesian and holstein are starting to become more popular. goats milk is pretty gross if you ask me, that's the only other milk i've tried.
