Okay I came up with this question and I am very curious where everyone stands on this...

so you are on a flight (commercial) over seas (no chance of landing for hours) and a passanger dies (a grown man) what do you do with the body? (you can't get down to storage + the plane is FULL) what do you do?

I'd leave him there -
assuming the plane is freezing as they always are, it would preserve his body.
I'd also wave from my far-away seat at the person lucky enough to be sitting next to the corpse.

The airlines must have some kind of policy. Maybe they'd call a military plane and meet in mid air! That would be fun. I doubt it, though.

I think that before he died they would make some attempt to help him.

actually when i DID find out the answer it specifically states not to put them in the lavatory. dead flying people don't like poop. well maybe it doesn't say the second part... <3
