I just find them incredibly smug and annoying. Also they do things like selling pictures that you can get for £45 elsewhere for £125 - http://indiaknight.posterous.com/nice-print

they are a bit smug but they have brought a lot of employment to an area (near where I come from) where there was very little before so I don't hate them too much. But they are disgustingly over priced tis true
