I always hated the idea of having an aquarium, because I was sure it's like being violently forced to watch a lame TV show, with fish inbreeding and passing on in cycles. Not so, apparently. It's rather interactive, there is a lot of fiddling and tinkering with it, and if you choose hardy fish that don't breed unless all of their minuscule demands
