Moving On...
Right, away from the last vent journal.
I have at last finished that damned project! It was all mounted yesterday and today we got the crits - which was a little naff to be honest.
This morning we had a lecture explaining the briefs for this 4 week project we're getting and we were all given the choice on what to do - painting (1 or 2), sculpture ( Read more... )

Do you know what sort of subject matter you have to work with for the new project? It will be nice to expand your horizons a bit by taking a break from canines :D You're already great at them- let yourself get great at other things, too, love! <3
PS- the mental image of you crouching in the bushes, secretly snapping photos of the passer-by's dogs is hilarious!

It's all life drawing/painting, so we're working with a model which I'm looking forward to. Hate life drawing normally, but I need a little change. Plus I'm in desperate need in learning how to paint people convincingly.
