I am going to try to consume the whey protein. Wow I literally have to consume 5 1/2 of their cups of this stuff daily so that I can get a gram per pound. It tastes good and it feels my muscles are not as tight. We shall see if my muscles start building up.

Only 2 times a week on eggs. I do eat some cheese but only drink soy milk.

I always have doubts that anyone other than maybe a bodybuilder really needs that much protein.

I have my doubts but so far no one has said how much I should have. I am already not eating a lot in a day anyway out of habit, so this feels like I am consuming all this and now having to eat less food in the meanwhile.

I do feel like I am not as sore now when I am done with my workouts.
