I am going to try to consume the whey protein. Wow I literally have to consume 5 1/2 of their cups of this stuff daily so that I can get a gram per pound. It tastes good and it feels my muscles are not as tight. We shall see if my muscles start building up.

I do feel like I am not as sore now when I am done with my workouts.
