How much do you recycle?
In Bristol have collections for glass, paper, cans and tins. Plus there's the notorious kitchen waste pig bins as well (not too good around Summer). Nothing for plastic at the mo. The normal bins are emptied once every couple of weeks.

Oh aye .. your picture on Ronan looks like he's Ronan-on-a-stick ... how's that for a merchandising prospect.

I am thinking of trying to convince the house we should do bottles and cans.

Fortunately, we have a recycling place nearby. Unfortunately, the beer drinking and pizza eating makes my house far to lazy to take the recycling ther e...

Do you surround yourself with beer drinking and pizza eating housemates to make yourself look more buff? ;) Sounds a little like Adam and the Ants (poor old Marco).

There were a lot of Slimelighters at the Covenant gig - but maybe you don't recognise as many these days as you don't come along much anymore.

My council (waltham forest) pick up all my glass, metal, paper and plastic once a week. But as there's just me and I don't drink at home, or buy papers I only carry it down to the door about once a month. But that means I only send one bin bag to landfill per month as well.

I don't seem to take so many photos these dayz. Do they mind cameras in the Ballroom or do you need to ask beforehand?

1 bin bag per month! That's pretty good going. We manage 4-5 per week!!!

The Ballroom is a completely camera-friendly venue, which is why I like gigs there. Unlike say, the Islington Academy which is equal sized but has a strict no 'professional' camera policy.
