I'm certain you've come to similar conclusions, having spoken to Anairë yourself. She has plenty of unfinished business here in the land of the living, and those closest to her would very much appreciate it if you'd rehouse her in a timely manner, as she was, with all of her memories intact. I believe your brother's wife is at this moment attending to her body in Lórien expressly for the convenience of rehousing her.
