if anyone wants an amazing cat let me know cause my friend kate from washington has the cutest cat named bruce he's orange and amazing but she can't keep him and well P.A.W.S. said that if they couldn't find him a home that they would put him to sleep which we do not want so we refused to take him there. But everyone we have asked can't have cats

Why is PAWS putting him to sleep? I thought they were supposed to help animals like that?

some evil women who I talked to said since he's a cat and they have soooooooo many cats that they would put him to sleep after so long if he didn't find a home and I asked if we can just take him back then and she said that once we Surrender our pet he is no longer ours and they can't allow that. I thought paws was a no kill shelter but I was wrong. Yeah half of the people I called all said that my best bet was to put him to sleep cause there are soo many cats anymore.
