i think that if you've already dated the boy from town 9 times, chances are it's probably not going to work out. i suggest attempting to move on, and maybe giving the other boy a try.

Well, I'd think that you should give the boy out of town a try, considering that you havn't gone out with him.But..

This might sound cliche..but who do you like more? Who would you have a better time with,and have a better relationship with? I think those are the type of things you should think about when you choose.

Although, I'm bad at relationships so...I'm probably not too much help. :D

i would def try the guy out of town since youve never dated him before...its hard to like someone for a loong time like the guy form town, but who knows, this could be way better i think you should try it and chances are iof youve dated this other guy 9 times, if things dont work out, you have a good chance of dating him again. idk do waht you feel is right good luck!
