On a related note, Carlos Alazraqui (Officer Garcia), I realized a while back, but verified tonight, was the voice of the Taco Bell dog.

Well, DUH. EVERYBODY knew that. He was also the voice of Mr. Weed (Peter's boss at the toy factory) on Family Guy. Before he got killed off.

I can easily explain why they wrote those non-funny movies:

Their real senses of humor wouldn't ever make it into a big budget movie. It's called "selling out" or "payin' the bills". I assure you that NEITHER of them think the Pacifier was a funny movie.
