I can't believe someone would do that!! Tragic Kingdom was what made ND really famous, the dress must have meant a lot to the band. This article is a few months old so hopefully its been returned but

*gasp*! That's cruel!! Poor guys...have one of the most symbolistic thing of Tragic Kingdom (other than the fruit, but that's probably a little old by now) was stolen!! It's like stealing Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong's guitar, Blue, or stealing the headless bat Ozzy bit off...
Hopefully it is returned safely...
