I've been experimenting again. This is the result. A welcome break from all those bones and muscles I'm doing lately… ;) Thanks to everybody who hugged me last post!

Love the color and sense of otherworldly movement in it.

thanks... I wanted to show the magic surrounding them, acting, in movement, even if the scene is passive.

well, yes, I would have not thought of it if I had not started to read fics. I found one very good... but I don't remember its name *shakes head* It inspired me. ;)

This is really painterly. I wish I had some clue about how online art programs worked so I could comment more. If this was a regular painting, I would comment on energetic brushstrokes giving it a feeling of motion, even though the figures aren't moving that much. It probably works as a comment for online art as well. You use 'brushes', right? The limited colors also work really well. Tom's face really stands out as almost the only browns in the picture are there.

I use brushes, and I can set how transparent they are, so their colours mixes... as a real painting. Well, not exactly, I've played with real canvas and oils, and then the process is more...well, automatic. But then, Pshop allows you more control, and the possibility of deleting if you don't like your last moves...

Anyway, thanks for this thoughtful comment, bell! I'm very glad you feel motion, as I tried hard to ... draw... the magic, you know? I'm happy I got that, if only a bit. :)

I sweety, this is so pretty. Its really different from what you normally do but I like it.

And I am still writing your fic. Snape has taken over my brain. I am worried you will not like how I write him though, he is a bad man.

thanks, adriana! I was experiment, fun fun fun! :D

And I'm dying for reading MY fic! oh, please, pleasee... I can wait, of course (barely) but well, when I get it I'm going to moan in pleasure... so... (evil laugh) snape has taken over you? hahahahahaaaaa.... he is nice like that ;)

And snape is... well, evil. I don't know which side he really plays, but... he is a bad man. sigh. No sense dressing him otherwise.
