Just walked in and resigned my post this morning. Not a recommended maneuver but boy! What a relief! Just have to ride out 13 weeks in the redeployment program looking for something I.T. by which time I will be MCSE 2003 and my particular camping trip gnat will hopefully have been well and truly swatted...

Looking forward to handing mine in when i find someone else who'll employ me. Trouble will be when I turn up at an interview and they realise I am a nutter. Maybe I could rent a normal person to stand-in? :)
