Brown Hoist Youtube Vid

Hi Jonathan,
The Hoist looks great... but the HQ version of the Youtube vid is the same as the normal version. What resoultion did you upload it as? My understanding is that you need to upload a high definition-720p resolution video (I use Sony Vegas to export at 29.97 fps, 1280x720, WMV V9 CBR Compression, Smoothness 90) to get an HQ version. Or maybe there is minimum bitrate required?

This video is only shot at 856x480 on a sony handicam and uploaded as such. What happened on the other video was it was shot similar but was compressed considerably when uploaded in "normal play version" by youtube. Clicking "HQ" on that one put it back to the normal video I originally uploaded but it was never HD, just the way it was supposed to look. On this one, the quality wasn't as good to begin with as the other one and am not sure why yet.
