I now max out at 130 lbs. That means that I can bench press most of you, and throw some of you a good distance. I can almost lift 140, almost.(I can but to count as a rep it has to go ALL the way down, not 1/2 way). I can now squat with all the weight we have 325. (could squat 560 in 9th grade football). I'm starting to feel really good about
