Digicam Distress

My digital camera is dying. The latest problem is that the charger for the battery has developed a high-pitched whine whenever it is plugged in, and this sucks for 2 reasons: it is annoying as all hell to listen to & dog knows when the fucking thing is just going to explode. Add this to the taped-shut battery door and increasingly dark pictures (
