sleep paralysis. true story.

This is the second time it's happened to me. I take a nap lying faced up; hands resting by my side; In a coffin position. Within hours it's time to wake up and my brain is concious...but my body is still sleeping. I can't control a single body part. Not even my eyelids would open fully, so my vision is blurred. doesn't it scare the shit out of you! The more I tell people about this, the more people i find have experienced the same thing! Apparently it's normal.

i've never had this, but one of my good friends has. and on my way to work the other day, i heard a dj on the radio talk about how it was happening to him. it sounds terrifying!
my friend said that it happened to him twice. i don't remember the first scenario but he said that once he was taking a nap with his girlfriend when it happened. he pinched her as hard as he could and screamed her name but she didn't hear or feel anything.
i've never heard of anyone having a seizure though.

yeah i don't think i had a siezure, just my nerves and body were shaking, i don't know why. Yeah it's really scary, so get your sleep!!

hey do you have a myspace or anything else that I can get in touch with you better than livejournal, cus I have my spurts of logging onto this.

I'd love to come visit you this summer, if that's at all possible. Maybe just for a weekend or something.
