(this entry was a few days in the crock pot for seasoning)

I was reading Nilo’s comment from my last entry or so about changing my user name back to Faramir’s Girl… and suddenly I was completely floored. I think I've come almost full circle - like, as in, come full circle to where I always saw myself starting my adult life.

OMG - that night. I'll always remember that night. I'm not sure I've ever been so scared.

You're far wiser now. And I'm excited for my old me to re-establish ties with the old you. And yes, it's beyond time to reclaim your name, but modified as appropriate.

I can't wait to meet him.

As always happy for you and for this...

And he set the bar high enough that the failure of other men to measure up saved me piles of future heartache. It may not have ended how we wanted, but I knew that I'd be able to love someone again because of that relationship.

Proud of you for taking this as a milestone to grow into, to surpass. Instead of falling into the frozen self-pity trap.
