Sistergirl is in my thoughts, as are you. What a lovely idea. I do think animals are very therapeutic. My rats are great and I always loved them, but I truly bless the day I got the Siamese cats. I'm sure a puppy will be a wonderful help to your sister *hearts;

I'll pray for her...my own brother is going through something similar because of diabetes. He's trying to get out of dialysis and go right to transplant because he has a perfect match with one of his daughters. I hope that day is a long way off.

Puppies are wonderful therapy for just about anything. :)

I will make sure to keep your sister in my prayers. A puppy should help and keep her distracted a little bit though. I saw some pics on facebook and the puppy looks gosh darn cute!
