Acknowledgement letters?

Has anyone who sent their response to Occidental received an acknowledgment letter yet?

It's been almost a week since I accepted their offer and I haven't heard anything. I'm worried this might be because I had to send my money and the form in separate envelopes.

Last Spring I remember it took them a long time to get back to me/send me anything in confirmation. You could always call and check with them if you're worried about it. They're probably swamped with responses at the moment, but if you're worried you should call!

take this as your first lesson of being a first-year...draw two deep breaths, exhale, relax. this will be the first of many anxious questions which will continue through o-week and beyond, but simply relax, and it will all be ok.

Well, it's just that I don't want to take too long in sending out my rejection letters to other schools, but I also don't want to reject them until I hear for sure from Oxy.

Still, I appreciate your advice.
