Leahs rheumatoid arthritis is all kinds of fucked up at the moment so she is pretty much in constant pain, its excruciatingly painful watching her cry all the time knowing there nothing i can do to rid her of it. I have to ask you man - what are your plans for the future career wise? You can't go thru life driving forklifts or stacking shelves at costco, especially now you have a family. You're complaining now about making shit money, but things are only going to get tougher, you need to increase your earning capacity.

I dont plan on stacking shelves at Costco :P Im wanting to get a job in the bakery, then im hoping to excel enough while at the docklands that when they open up there store in Ringwood i will be a suitable applicant for the bakery manager position. My aunties friend who is a baker at the docklands already says he earned $27ph for the first 3 years then it goes up to $30ph plus he received a $2000-$4000 bonus each year. Which is a lot better then my $19ph with a $60 coles myer voucher at Christmas :P

You need to look at a Bonus as exactly that, a Bonus. Do not - ever - calculate it into your "annual salary".

I hope stuff pans out for you dude, but it seems like you are counting on this one thing, at this one place - with very little to fall back on :/
