Gripping

Yesterday, whilst performing the mundane task of checking my e-mail at university I suddenly felt gripped by fear. Unusual I thought, I had no idea why. I must have thought of something that really scared me. It was quite weird, I mean I've been trying all day to remember what that thought was but it eludes me. Such is the rollercoaster of my life
