Well.
Today was pretty good.
Mr. Hogans gave me a way to raise my grade.
I have to watch a movie called Hotel Rwanda.
Then I have to take some survey on it...Lol.
New Diet and workout PLAN!!!
Breakfast- Apple and Two Egg Whites.
Lunch- Apple or Orange, Water, and Ham or Turkey. (or salad)
Dinner- Salad w/ Light Ranch and/or Ham/Turkey.
Snack- Yogurt or any fruit.
1 Minute- 6 inches
For however long- Crunches
For however long- Push ups
2 Minutes- 6 inches
1 mile Run
Then 1 minute- Break
REPEAT -(minus) Run.
