I'm posting this mostly for carbon_scoring, to remind her that the store in Assembly Square has a huge Lion Brand selection, and for craftygryphon, because she claims she has self control (and I'm evil, 'cause I don't believe her).

Anyone else who buys yarn from AC Moore, pretend I mentioned you, too. :-)

and don't forget, the store gets stripped, so go early, but, you don't have to SHOP right then, as last year? you just get your magic ticket, which gets you the discount later that day/weekend. then shop in less horror. if you can find what you want. also they just held my bag, for later checkout, which was a win.

iirc, i waited in the checkout line LONGER than i waited outside, but some people waited 3 hours in the check out line. oiy, they should've come back.

Alas, was working today. *sigh* 75% off Lionbrand.

Man, did I fall in love with Ewe'll Love It. Seriously....it haunts my dreams.

One, I didn't read this until Monday the 22nd, so I was able to avoid the Terrible AC Moore trap.

And I run a SuperBowl Party so I *won't* go to the sales!!

(That, and because the Books make me...)
