For some strange reason, I have been thinking of the internet lately. I have been contemplating the purpose of the internet . . . and though there are many ways in which it connects people together, there are also many ways in which it makes human interactions increasingly impersonal. It is as if the world is transitioning into a technical matrix

And how is one to maintain "the personal intimacy between flesh and flesh and eye to eye" when one's sibling lives on an entirely different continent? The Internet isn't such a bad thing. ;)

I wasn't saying it was entirely bad, just that it is mostly bad.
